However, we understand that there may be occasions where you might need to return an item or request a refund. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to make this process as seamless as possible.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe for Returns on Applicable Product only.
    • Items are eligible for return within 05 days of delivery.
    • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Condition of Items
    • Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Any items with visible wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Items such as undergarments, personalized/customized products, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return
    • Log in to your account on Eliteversefashion.com.
    • Navigate to the Order History section and select the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Complete the Return Request Form with the reason for return and submit it.
  2. Approval Process
    • Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions, including the return address and return authorization code.
  3. Shipping the Item
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Affix the provided return label or include the return authorization code inside the package.
    • Ship the package using a reliable courier service. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent.

 

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Methods
    • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase .
  2. Refund Processing Time
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  3. Refund Deduction
    • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. Refund for Damaged or Defective Products
    • If the item was damaged or defective upon arrival, a full refund, including shipping charges, will be provided.

 

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Eligibility
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
  2. Process
    • Follow the same process as initiating a return and mention exchange in your return request.

 

Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
    • After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted if the order has been processed.

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

    • Always retain your original receipt or email confirmation as proof of purchase for any returns or refunds.
  2. Return Shipping Responsibility
    • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product), return shipping costs are non-refundable.
